CASCAIS GALLERY Paule Roussel`s Painting Exhibition

Paule Benard Roussel was born in 1949 in Saint-Etienne.
Her passion for painting started in her childhood. In Lyon she followed the course of School of Fine Arts and studied History of Art and Archaeology at the University of Letters.

In 1974 created the atelier “Rondeurs des jours”: furniture, objects and pictures painting.
From 1974 to 1985 exposed at the Salon des Ateliers d’Arts in Paris.

Lives and works surrounded by flowers and animals which influences her work. Paints imaginary landscapes of a dream world, ranging from the earth and the sky, the sea, prairie or desert.
